| The
hot fresh air coming from the turbo is cooled down by a water or mixture of
water with methanol/spiritus sprayed in via specific injection nozzles. The
water (mix) absorbs the heat due to its evaporation and and raises the air
density as weel as it cools down the intake temperature by up to 60°C.
Additionally the cylinder is cooled effectively (in-cylinder-cooling) and the
exhaust gas temperature is lowered. Added methanol acts as carrier for oxygen
and as additional fuel. Alternatively to methanol also commonly available
spiritus can be used. Besides the thermic de-stress additional power can be
obtained, also when a chiptuning or other mesures have been taken already.
The Boost Coolert can be installed in ANY Turbodiesel, also with filter for
particulate matter. |

| Installation is not complicated and can be done
within a few hours with bais technical knowledge. No adjustment of the ECR or
body works are necessary, which is required for installation of an
intercooler for example. Other disadvantages of an intercooler do also not
appear (limited space, insufficient intake air pipe design, additional heat
exchanger for water-intercoolers, and high prices for commonly available
intercooler systems...). Installation takes approx. 2-4 hours. It comes with
an installation manual containing many photos and fine-adjustement
instructions in German and English language. |

The
efficiency of such a water injection system depends primarily on the injected
water-fog.
The smaller the fog particles are, the higher the reduction of the
temperature => more power.
The Boost Cooler® is the most efficient system due to its injection nozzle
design.
The liquid (water or water-mixture) is injected with supersonic speed,
before it is pressed through the Venturi™-opening. Our nozzles are
manufactured with NPT screws at their heads so that they can be installed
without in line with the wall of the air intake system for effectively
avoiding turbulences. |

| I - Mechanics |
|
| The 2D-mapping Controller varies the amount of injected
liquids flexible in relation to load pressure and exhaust gas temeperature.
This provides an optimized injection for all load conditions. The
Cockpit-Displayshows the current load pressure, exhaust gas temperature,
injected liquid (EU-display in C° and bar). Additionally you can do
adjustments from your dashboard. |

The
contained tank, pumpsystem, and injection nozzles are connected with the
pressure pipe.
All mounting materials for connecting the pressure pipe are contained in
the delivery as well of course.
The electronic components are pre-connected with the wiring harness for
avoiding problems during installations. |
